Exchange or return requests are approved within 3 business days.

Once the request is approved, a courier will reach the customer within 3-5 business days.

Please take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number for replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or does not function as agreed upon.

A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
